Heard that all before! Nothing different? I guess all shops are going to say the same.
So what do I mean when I say excellent service? Well the simple things that really mean something .e.g. Packing all your bridal things into your suit case for your wedding abroad, going through all the care and handling of your gown when you get to the destination.
Really taking a genuine interest into the colour schemes when your struggling about what will match etc... Giving advice on hair and make-up.
Lending a headdress when your off for a hair trail. Lending the swatch book over the weekend so you have quality time so study the colours. Going the extra mile when it comes to making changes with your gown. Having a seamstress that will take time and real effort to give you what you want. Adding and changing sashes, adding panels and so on. Helping you with things like, how to tie a tie knot, care of your gown once it taken out away from the shop, packing the dresses into the car when you collect, all these little things mean alot to us and to you. Basically doing what ever we can to assist because we actually enjoy seeing you happy and really want to help.
